To secure your apartment reservation, please ensure the following steps are completed:

  1. Application Submission:

    • Each roommate must fill out and submit a completed application form.
    • One roommate may submit applications and fees on behalf of the entire group. There’s no need for the entire group to visit the leasing office together.
    • The application fee is $40 per roommate, payable in cash or by check. For instance, if there are 4 roommates, a total of $160 needs to be submitted.
  2. Reservation Duration:

    • Reservations are valid for 7 days only. It’s essential to sign the lease within this timeframe to secure the apartment. Otherwise, it may be offered to other tenants.
  3. Lease Signing Appointment:

    • Coordinate with your roommates to schedule a convenient date and time for all to visit the office for lease signing. We’ll arrange this appointment when you make the reservation.
    • Optionally, you can schedule a visit to tour the reserved apartment before the lease signing.

To finalize the lease signing, all tenants must attend the appointment together and provide the following:

  1. Notarized Cosigner Forms:

    • Each tenant must bring a notarized cosigner form. This is a mandatory requirement, and no exceptions can be made.
    • Find the cosigner form on our homepage at LangDevelopmentGroup.com. Please note that tenants cannot act as their own cosigners.
  2. Security Deposit:

    • The security deposit is equivalent to one month’s rent.
    • Separate checks are accepted for the security deposit. However, regular rent payments during the lease term must be made with a single check.
    • Failure to provide the security deposit will result in the inability to sign the lease.

Please note that we do not accept cash, credit cards, or debit cards for any payments.
